International:

	Lead an Atlantic Canadian delegation to AquaNor 2007 in Trondheim Norway, in August 2007.
	Provided the background, network, set up meetings and attended on site in Ireland with a representative of an Atlantic Canadian province regarding a potential transfer project.
	On behalf of four Canadian Provinces completed an analysis of the European seafood market for fresh and live seafood from both wild and aquaculture sources. Travelled with the delegation to the European Seafood Exposition 2007 in Brussels.
	Retained by USA based consulting group as an advisor to international capital firms on the current status and future development of the international salmon aquaculture industry
	Retained by a North African country to provide business and technical advice on establishing and growing their aquaculture industry.
	Planned, organized and coordinated the meetings and activities for the Nova Scotia Minister of Fisheries & Aquaculture and the Ministerial Delegation on a pre-AquaNor tour of Norway.
	Retained by a Seafood company to advise on sales, marketing & customer follow-up.
	For a Canadian client, arranged meetings for and travelled with to Chile introducing a specific Canadian technology to the Aquaculture industry there.
	Completed a review of Market Opportunities for natural feed additives for an international manufacturer of feed components.
	Retained by a Canadian aquaculture biotech company to review the development of commercial products for potential sales into national and international markets.
	Retained by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) to conduct a review of factors affecting the competitiveness of the Canadian Aquaculture industry.

Strategic Planning:

	Completed a project reviewing the options for an Atlantic Canada Halibut company � from production to markets.
	Advised on the �Strategic Direction� for a Canadian Engineering Company servicing and supplying the Aquaculture and Seafood industries in North and South America.
	Prepared a �Visioning Document� for the Development of Cod Aquaculture in Canada.
	Conducted a review of the status of �Wild and Aquaculture Cod� � production through to markets.
	Consultant to a Canadian salmon farming company, providing assistance with sales, marketing and technical matters.

Seafood Processing Sector Review: Retained by a Canadian provincial government to undertake a detailed review of their entire seafood processing sector for both wild and aquaculture production.

Communications: Prepared a Communications Strategy for the Aquaculture Association of Nova Scotia.

Governance: Completed a review of Canadian Aquaculture Federal and Provincial Legislation and Regulations.

Government Advisor: For five eastern Canadian Fisheries & Aquaculture Ministers (NL, NS, NB, PEI, PQ) prepared a PPT presentation and background material of the aquaculture industry in eastern Canada. The information was used by the Provincial Ministers to present to MP�s in Ottawa to garner support for the aquaculture industry.

Traceability: Completed the preliminary needs assessment for a traceability system for a Canadian aquaculture company.

National Speech - Aquaculture: Invited speaker to the �Canadian Council of Fisheries and Aquaculture Ministers� (CCFAM) National Meeting.

Speeches: Invited speaker at several federal and provincial workshops on issues ranging from globalization, world aquaculture outlook and policy - provided speech writing service for several clients.
