On behalf of four Canadian Provinces completed an analysis of the European seafood market for fresh and live seafood from both wild and aquaculture sources.  Travelled with the delegation to the European Seafood Exposition 2007 in Brussels.

Seafood Processing Sector Review:  Retained by a Canadian provincial government to undertake a detailed review of their entire seafood processing sector for both wild and aquaculture production.
 
Communications:  Prepared a Communications Strategy for the Aquaculture Association of Nova Scotia.

Governance:  Completed a review of Canadian Aquaculture Federal and Provincial Legislation and Regulations. 

Government Advisor:  For five eastern Canadian Fisheries & Aquaculture Ministers (NL, NS, NB, PEI, PQ) prepared a PPT presentation and background material of the aquaculture industry in eastern Canada.  The information was used by the Provincial Ministers to present to MP’s in Ottawa to garner support for the aquaculture industry. 

Traceability:  Completed the preliminary needs assessment for a traceability system for a Canadian aquaculture company. 

National Speech - Aquaculture:  Invited speaker to the “Canadian Council of Fisheries and Aquaculture Ministers” (CCFAM) National Meeting. 

Speeches:  Invited speaker at several federal and provincial workshops on issues ranging from globalization, world aquaculture outlook and policy - provided speech writing service for several clients. 

Publications and Reports: Numerous Publications from various consulting projects.
